Gandyr Group Founder and Chairperson

Leading entrepreneur and social activist. Founder and Chairperson of Gandyr Investment Company and Family Philanthropic Foundation., Gandyr is integrating extensive business activities with family philanthropy. Jude is committed to strengthening Israeli society’s robustness and resilience by investing in civil social organizations in Israel, particularly in those operating in the area of young adults.
Jude is also the Founder and President of NATAL, the Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center, supporting victims of terror and war in Israel. Mother of three daughters, Daria, Noa and Gili, and grandmother to 10.

David is Gandyr Group’s CEO and manages the Investment activities with the rest of the team. David has vast experience in the fields of economics and finance, and he held various positions including CEO of Bank of Jerusalem, CEO of Excellence investments House, Head of the Investment Center (now The Authority for Investments and Development of the Industry and Economy) in the Ministry of Economy and Industry and Deputy Head of the Budgets Department in the Ministry of Finance. Served as director in various public companies.

In 2014 he founded, together with other partners, the credit fund “Yesodot” where he is currently acting as Chair.

David is a Board Member of the NGOs “Latet” and “Hachut Hameshulash” and Director of the National Library of Israel and Social Finance Israel.

Resides in Raanana.

Gandyr Group Executive Management

Haim has been a member of Gandyr Group’s management since the organization’s inception in 2004. He holds extensive knowledge in business, the capital market, and taxation.

Haim’s BA is in Economics and Accountancy, and his MA is in Business Management. He serves as the Group’s Chartered Accountant and previously served as a taxation partner at KPMG Somech-Haikin offices.

Haim also serves as a director at several public and private companies. He is a member of the Finances Committee for Beit Izzy Shapiro.

Haim enjoys jogging, and is studying Talmud for an additional MA. He lives in Raanana.

Dr. Naama Meiran

Naama has managed the foundation since 2019, having previously served as the foundation’s Director of programs for four years. Prior to that she worked as Projects Manager at the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation. Naama is an organizational psychologist with a doctorate from Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Her dissertation explored the interaction between the individual and the organization during organizational processes of change. She is also a directorate member at the Israel Volunteer Council, at Sheatufim Impact Strategies, at the Opportunity Fund, and Mahalach Foundation.

Naama began her career as a senior organizational consultant in the business sector which she combined with lecturing at Ben Gurion University and Tel Aviv University.
Naama believes in, and works towards, empowering young adults and their sense of responsibility and encouraging them to become citizens of meaningful impact on society.
In her free time Naama enjoys creative writing, meditation, hiking, and engaging in sports activities in nature. She lives in Kibbutz Gat.

Efrat Binyamin
Gandyr Foundation Directorate of Programs

Efrat manages Gandyr Foundation’s programs, coordinating the foundation’s grants and providing professional oversight to organizations and forums supported by the foundation. She is a partner in executing Gandyr Foundation’s vision and strategies. In her previous role, she served as manager of the Young Adults Communities activities within the Young Adults Authority in the Office of Social Equality.

Efrat, whose MA is in Public Administration and Policy, qualified as a community social worker. She holds a decade’s worth of experience in third sector involvement in young adults and individuals with impairments. Efrat believes in the power of community and the individual’s ability to bring about personal, social and public change.

In her free time Efrat loves traveling in Israel and abroad, enjoys quality shows, is an administrative committee member of the Good Neighbor Association, and lives in Jerusalem.

Gandyr Investment Group: Head of Technology Investments

Ofir Azury is a technology and impact investor and serves as the Head of Technology Investments at Gandyr Investment Group, focusing on early stage start-ups within the areas of AI, SaaS, Digital Health and Corporate SW.

Ofir is also a founding partner at Gooday Investment Company where he focuses on direct Technology and Impact Investments. Ofir is a founding member of the IFIE (The Israeli Forum for Impact Economy) and a member of the J-Impact fund’s Investment Committee and serves as a mentor within acceleration programs such as 8200 Impact, Zell, Bor’ot Incubator, Michal Sela Forum, etc.

He is married to Daria, father of two children and lives in Herzliya.

Daria is an active board member at Gandyr Foundation. She is a co-founder and partner in GOODAY Investments, a private investments company established together with her husband Ofir Azury.
Daria holds an MA in Clinical Social Work and Group Facilitation, and graduated from School of Psychotherapy. She has worked in various mental health fields.
Daria’s path is marked by sensitivity and responsibility towards disadvantaged sectors of society, primerily young women whose life circumstances have led them into Challenging life circumstances.

Daria is a mother of two children and lives in Herzliya.

Founding partner in Proceed, Hadarim – Urban Renewal Impact Fund, and an active board member at the Gandyr Foundation. Noa manages a diversified impact investments portfolio since 2007 and actively supports the impact investment eco system in Israel. A member of JFN (Jewish Funders Network), Toniic, and the 100%ers Group. Noa promotes sustainability as a core value and invests in environmental issues in Israel. She holds her MA in Public Administration and Sustainability, and is a graduate of the Heschel and Gvanim fellows programs.
She is married to Yoav Maoz, an entrepreneur in the field of renewable energy, a mother to five. lives in Bnei Zion.

Dr. Gili Yovel Saragosti

Gili specializes in gynecology at Ichilov Hospital, Tel Aviv, and is an active board member at Gandyr Foundation.  Gili’s BA and MA are in Biology from the Weizmann Institute. She graduated the 4-year medical studies program at Tel Aviv University.

Gili believes in humane, accessibilized professional medicine for all populations, with emphasis on women at risk.

She is married to pediatrician Dr. Eldad Saragosti, is a mother of two, and lives in Tel Aviv.

Gandyr Group Administrative Manager

Sharon has been Gandyr Group’s administrative manager since the organization’s inception in 2004.

Sharon brings with her rich experience from diverse organizations operating in Israel, among them IDB and Discount Bank. Over the years she has managed finances, administration, productions and human resources at Gandyr.

Sharon enjoys workouts, taking the dog for walks, and cooking up specialty foods. She lives in Rishon LeZion.

Gandyr Group: Personal Assistant to Jude Yovel Recanati

PA to Jude Yovel Recanati since 2015, Vered brings years of experience in administrative management of an industrial organization, and as PA to two senior doctors in the health system.

Vered manages all Jude’s professional matters in Gandyr Group, Natal, and her personal life. She lives in Yehud.

Gandyr Foundation Grants Operations

Responsible for the foundation’s grants administration and operations, Noa is in constant contact with Gandyr Foundation’s partnering and supported organizations and handles the existing grants as well as new requests. Noa also assists in organizing conferences and meetups along with countless ongoing matters, and serves as the foundation’s Executive Director personal assistant.

Noa has worked with Gandyr Foundation since 2016 and brings more than 20 years of professional administrative experience to her role.

She holds her B.Sc. in Environmental Sciences, specializing in Marine Science, and formerly was a therapeutic riding instructor.

Noa has two dogs, one cat and loves horseback riding. She lives in Givatayim.

As Gandyr Group’s accountant, Angelica brings rich experience in managing accounts and providing professional training.

She previously worked with Gil-On Investments, Micro-Medic Group, the Gezer Regional Council, Orlanski, and others.

In her free time she loves reading, studying and volunteering with women needed financial orientation. She lives in Shoham.
